蔡英文今天上午由民進黨國際事務部主任黃志芳、副主任陳婉宜陪同，接見歐洲議會友台小組；這團由友台小組主席朗根率領，雙方就台灣的民主發展、兩岸關係，能源及環保等各項議題意見交流，會談1小時。
會議並未公開，民進黨會後發布新聞稿，披露會面消息。
蔡英文感謝友台小組對促進台歐關係的幫忙與貢獻，使台灣與歐盟國家關係更友好緊密。有關民進黨的外交政策，蔡英文表示，歐洲是台灣重要的經濟夥伴，民進黨希望能與歐盟國家繼續發展緊密的外交關係，並努力保持良好且暢通的溝通管道。
蔡英文說，希望未來在台歐之間能有更多的交流及經驗分享，維持台灣與歐盟之間密切友好的關係。朗根也表示，期待未來與民進黨在討論的議題上能有更多交流與互動的機會，並支持台灣有意義的參與國際事務。1040505
